When buying diamonds, there are definitely
some things to consider. The very first one
is to buy only what you can afford, your
budget is the biggest consideration of all.
Next is to choose a jeweler. You can choose a
jeweler that your family, friends, or
co-workers have trusted. Then you would have
to consider the carat, color, clarity, and
cut, otherwise known as the 4 C's of a
diamond. Brilliance is another consideration.
An appointment with a jeweler can make you
see the different meanings of 'sparkly' in a
jeweler's point of view. Appraisal from a
reputable jeweler is also another
consideration; this can be of good use to you
in case you want to get your diamond insured.
